His background includes overseeing U.S. IT operations and global asset management, supporting multi-region teams, improving service delivery through ITIL and ITSM frameworks, and maintaining 100% audit compliance in environments governed by 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and GDPR.
Over the years, he has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led large-scale office relocations and technology buildouts, and supported complex business operations where uptime, compliance, and user experience all matter. He has also built and led service-oriented IT teams, improved incident response processes, and consistently delivered high levels of end-user satisfaction by combining strategic oversight with practical, hands-on problem solving.
